Easter Seals Nova Scotia in partnership with Mic Mac Mall, is organizing the largest Easter Egg Hunt in Atlantic Canada. Funds raised through this event will support Easter Seals Nova Scotia’s programs and services for Nova Scotians with physical disabilities. The Easter Egg Hunt at Mic Mac Mall will provide the HRM community with exciting Easter activities for children and families.
- When: Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 9am-10am on the second floor at Mic Mac Mall (Click here for directions to the Mall).
- Registration: $5 registration fee (per child) with sign-up form online or in person at Mic Mac Mall’s Easter Bunny Land. A waiver must be signed by all parents.
DAY OF EVENTS: April 3, 2010 9-10am
Kid’s Bunny Walk
- Children ages 5 and under will follow the Easter Bunny to five different treat stations in Mic Mac Mall collecting Easter eggs for their baskets
Easter Egg Hunt
- Children ages 6-12 register to seek out Easter eggs on the second floor of the Mic Mac Mall.
- There will be special prizes to the finders of five Golden Easter Eggs. These prizes will be donated by Mic Mac Mall.
WEEK LONG EVENTS March 28-April 3, 2010
Easter Bunny Land Photobooth
- In-Mall display with the Easter Bunny available for photos from March 28th to April 3, Weekdays 2:00-6:00pm; Saturdays 9:30am – 9:00pm; and Sundays 12:00-5:00pm
Children’s Colouring Contest
- In-mall colouring station will run at the same dates and times as Easter Bunny Land Photobooth. Table will be set up for colouring contest next to Easter Bunny Land.
- $2 fee to enter contest
- Top pictures will be scanned and put on Easter Seals Nova Scotia’s website for family and friends to vote on.
- The grand prize winner will be announced online.
